Nov 11, 2002 Just Back From : Prague, Budapest, Turkey, Rome Greetings to all our friends, family, and new travel acquaintances who have expressed an interest in our 20 month international travel experience. Needless to say, we've had an incredible time during this travel adventure. It's been a blast! We visited 33 different countries, some for weeks at a time and a couple for a few hours of touring and/or travel layovers. The countries we've visited: Antarctica, Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Chile, China, Costa Rica, Czech Republic, England, Falkland Islands, France, Greece, Holland, Hungary, Italy, Japan, Laos, Monaco, Morocco, Myanmar, New Zealand, Panama, Portugal, Scotland, Slovakia, South Africa, Spain, Swaziland, Thailand, Turkey, Uruguay, the Vatican and Vietnam. During all these great trips we continuously reminded ourselves how fortunate we've been for the opportunity to travel around the world. (We'd particularly remember every Monday morning when we weren't getting up to go to work!) We also feel wonderfully enriched by the experiences we've had, the things we've seen and the people we've met. Now, we're back home and back to our "regular life". It too has many rewards -- we are enjoying getting back into the rhythm with family, friends, the local restaurant scene and all the news of the community and our country. Believe us, there's much to be thankful for in our collective way of life in this country. There are many people on this great earth who work very hard everyday just to make it through the day. So this version is the final update of our website, as our travel adventure has come to its planned conclusion. We hope you enjoy it as much as we have enjoyed sharing our travel stories and photos!
